Project Manager Ground Works

Our client is looking to expand their Projects team with a Project Manager with at least 3 years’ experience within the office design industry or similar environment. Site Manager- fit out

Looking for an experienced Site Manager who will be responsible for managing all the trades on site and working behind the scenes. 

Must have:

SMSTS

CSCS (black card)

First AID certificate

Trade background is advantageous

Proven track record of reliability (x2 references in a similar role)

Service Engineer

We are excited to offer a position working as an in-house M&E Engineer with our client across an array of projects in London.

The successful applicant will be tasked with the following:

- Supervising/overseeing main contractors and subcontractors

- Dealing with Tenants and landlords from time to time.

- Having the ability to make decisions confidently and independently of management.

- Occasionally helping out with small jobs (For example replacing a light fitting)

Qualifications required:

Role and Responsibilities
• Ongoing Bureau Account Management for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong client, supplier and internal relationships
• Support prospective client activity
• Liaise with setup team to understand deliverables and ensure smooth handover of any new clients assigned
• Escalate potential business risks to manager
• Support team members with contract renewals
• Maintain good records with regular housekeeping in centralised location
